This past Weekend, Dan helped me paint our parent retreat and our bedroom. We moved our bedroom into the retreat (which is smaller) and made our master bedroom into the scrapbooking/sew/game/exercise room because there was more room to utilize for those activities. We moved this couch out of the retreat because we would not need it anymore. Well, as I was looking outside I commented to Dan that the couch in our front yard looked very bad, that we could almost be described as rednecks! He said that would make a great doghouse! Therefore the pics!!
I forgot to mention that Hayden came up to me and asked if the couch on our lawn could be the time out chair for when they get into trouble! He said "that's really cool mom, how about we use that when we get in trouble?" Today after I picked them boys up from the bus, Hayden jumped out of the car and went racing for the "lawn furniture" yelling "I want to sit on it, I want to sit on it!" He is the funniest kid, who can make you laugh at just about anything!

LOL, that's almost as trashy as the center of the sectional Chad and I had sitting outside forever. I love that last picture, you need to blow that up and stick it on your wall.
Hayden and his happy heart just warm me to the bone. I love that little guy. All of your kids are so sweet and wonderful.

I have to say though, the view from that sofa makes me homesick! Does the view of brown fallow fields look beautiful to anyone else out there? :)

We had a couch on our porch once and my Dad was concerned we'd look like Mexicans.....Ummmm - we ARE Mexicans! LOLOL. Good pictures, Heidi. :)
